It’s certainly true! We have been born into a sinful world and we fail miserably when measured against the purity and perfectness of Christ. Each one of us is in need of a Savior and a Redeemer to grace us and reconcile us to God and therefore, make a way for us to escape the just penalty and punishment that we so deserve. But friends, as believers, we are not ‘JUST’ a sinner saved by grace. We need to stop justifying our sin and escape from the pit of compromise in our daily living habits. As a Christ One, Christ in-dwells us and has set us apart from the world. He has called us to a holy life! We are His chosen ones. We are the ones “To whom God would make known “What is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ IN you, the hope of glory!” Colossians 1: 27. You aren’t just a sinner saved by grace, ready to fail with the next temptation that comes along, because grace will pick you up. No, no, no…..You’re more than that!! If you have accepted Christ, then Christ, the Hope of glory, lives in you, and you therefore, my friend, have been lifted to the ranks of the saints. You are a saint, living your life in Christ’s power!!!! Defeating the enemy in His power and resisting temptation in His power. His power is at our disposal. His victory is ours…Move out of the slump of a sinner saved by grace. You are exalted as a saint….Live the life of holiness, power and victory that He has called you to!
